Tribulus products are slated by some, and sworn by by others. Tribulus has
been around for many years as a herbal "testosterone booster / regulator"

What's wrong with other Tribulus type products ?

How does Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris work?
Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris causes the body to release luteinizing hormone,
which sends a signal to the testes to produce more testosterone. The increased
Testosterone levels then have a direct effect on strength, sexual function and
muscle mass. Testosterone levels can be elevated by as much as 40% when using
Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris.
How long should you take Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris ?
It should be taken every day for 8 weeks. The typical dose is 3 capsules daily
for people under 90kg and 4-6 capsules for people over 90kg. It is active in

No, women can take it. There have been clinical studies on menopausal women
that show Tribulus can reverse the effects of menopause. Testosterone levels
in women become slightly elevated, but not enough to result in any masculinising
effects. They are able to lose body fat more rapidly, increase strength and
lean mass with no water retention.
How long do you need to take Bulgarian Tribulus before you notice results?
