Inner Armour are the latest to offer a combination of proteins, which have
become even more popular with the price increase of whey, with the realease
of SuperQuad.
Unlike the 'quad' (4) proteins offered by other brands, SuperQuad is actually
just three - whey, cassein and egg albumin. Whey being counted twice, as SuperQuad
is a blend of both whey concentrate (filtered) and whey isolate (micro-filtered).
As far as supplementing protein goes, Inner Armour SuperQuad offers great value
for money, relatively easy mixing (but thicker, due to cassein), and a good
taste.
